This is HRCA's BIG HR Event of the year hosted at PayPal at their San Jose, CA facility. We will be having the distinguished David Swanson (VP of HR at SAP), Amy Cappellanti-Wolf (VP of HR at Cisco), and Sonia Clark (VP of HR at Align Technologies) share their perspectives on "Managing Talent during the Downturn in Today's Economy".
There will be an Open Bar along with Free Food and a networking hour starting at 6:00pm.

The discussion will include perspectives on prevalent changes in compensation and benefits related to the economic downturn, relations of the current use of temporary or contract labor in comparison to historical recessions, The effect on College recruitment, projections on hiring and retention strategy changes for technical talent based in the Silicon Valley, management of operating expenses and it’s relation to outsourcing for 2009 and perspectives on lasting changes that will come out of the current economic crises in relation to Company cultures, strategic business approach, and operations practice (I/T, Accounting, Finance, and HR).
